Doug Cruikshank has founded industry-leading organizations in logistics and mobility with operations in over 50 countries. In 1986, Doug saw an opportunity to more closely manage the move process in a system-driven and centralized fashion, forming his first global logistics company. Over the years, Doug has built a world-class team, many of whom have been with the company for decades, into the most stable and capable service delivery group in relocation today. As the organization grew and its structure and design matured, they started to add services to support the delivery of full-service mobility programs. In 2010, the organization came together in a newly branded group as Kinetix, utilizing a team that has now worked together for over 23 years.

Kinetix is founded on the relationships we have with the people we serve, our employees, and the partners we have around the world. Over the years, we have developed vendor and client relationships that cover every country in the world. Many of the global partnerships we rely on for expert service have existed for over 30 years. While we have remained fiercely independent to allow our clients the best provider options at any given time, we have also been fortunate in developing a culture of continuous improvement and education that has been mutually beneficial in our client and vendor relationships.

Kinetix has had the unique honor and responsibility of having clients that have operated globally throughout our history, in some cases with robust flow of talent in and out of the United States, and always crossing borders supported by the most seasoned team in the industry.
