Doug is an industry veteran with a wealth of experience in Corporate Relocation and Logistics. During his career he has successfully opened and operated operations in over 95% of the countries around the globe, supporting government, NGO, and corporate entities from startups to Fortune 500 companies. His expertise lies in an understanding of all facets of the mobility industry, and having a keen sense of how to develop and lead effective teams within the relocation sphere. Doug has assembled a world-class team of people at Kinetix that share his belief that our relationships with our clients, their employees and our worldwide service partners are the most important component for a successful relocation program.
Shayne Berlo
Shayne Berlo Executive Vice President
Shayne provides astute leadership to maximize the strategic focus, operating performance and financial goals of Kinetix as well as develop and implement the core business practices to drive on-time and on-budget deliverables. With over 2 decades in the logistics arena, Shayne leverages his Project Management experience within the International Development community to facilitate industry best practices for each functional area of a scope of work and the delegation of specific authority, responsibility, and accountability across the organization. Shayne has traveled extensively and performed site and logistics infrastructure surveys in over 100 countries and austere environments. Shayne acts as a liaison between clients and Kinetix staff to ensure contract compliance and customer service is maintained at maximum levels.
Susan Tavella

Susan brings three decades of strength and stability as a founding member of Kinetix. Beginning her career as an International Move Coordinator, she is now the organizations General Manager. Susan’s primary focus is on building a strong operations team to ensure service excellence is delivered to our clients. In addition, she manages and selects our service partners to provide the highest quality, best value and fit to client needs. Susan specializes in working with her team to find creative solutions to challenging global mobility issues. Susan is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients and their transferring employees and families.
Wendy Barnum
Wendy Barnum Director of Client Services
Wendy is a forward thinking, solutions driven certified relocation professional with over two decades of industry expertise managing all aspects of corporate global mobility. As the Kinetix Director of Client Services she provides a highly collaborative client focus engaging in all areas of client development to include, establishing best practices through developing and or redesigning global relocation policies and programs that match business needs. Wendy is adept in leading strategies to progress overall mobility services while focusing on enhancing long-term value and overall service excellence. Wendy received her B.A. in Psychology and holds the credentials of a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.

Andrew is a seasoned sales professional with over 2 decades of experience in the relocation industry. Andrew started his career as a client service consultant, working directly with clients and the families they entrusted him with. He has used this valuable experience in his approach to providing solutions to the clients he has helped throughout his sales career. His deep understanding of the complexities of global relocation has enabled him to provide tailored solutions to multinational corporations, ensuring seamless employee transitions and setting new standards of excellence in client satisfaction. Andrew is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
